What is your screening process?

· The screening process is compulsory.

· Please provide a clear copy of a valid government-issued form of identification, such as a driving licence.

· For home visits, please provide a recent utility bill in your name, or a driving licence showing your current address.

· For hotel visits, please forward a copy of your booking confirmation email.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

· To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 30%–50% is required. I will confirm the amount of the deposit when we agree the details of the booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via a gift list (plus 4%).

· Bank transfers must come from your own personal account and match the name on your ID documents. I do not accept payments from business, joint, or third-party accounts.

· The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day.

Please note: your booking is only confirmed once I have received the deposit and sent you a confirmation.

· If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, I can offer one transfer of your deposit to a new date within 60 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

· Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

· If you do not reconfirm your booking within the agreed time, it will be treated as a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

· If you cancel on the day of your booking, I may require payment of the full agreed fee.

· If I need to cancel for any unavoidable reason, I will refund your deposit in full.

What is included in your rate?

· My rate covers my time and companionship only. Anything that happens during our session is a private matter between two consenting adults.

· The agreed rate includes your selected booking duration and my travel expenses, unless otherwise specified (e.g. if you require me to travel abroad).

What is excluded from your rate?

Additional booking-related expenses are not included. You are solely responsible for providing accommodation and meals, and for covering any associated costs.

Termination

Rude, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel the booking at any stage of the booking process, or to end the date immediately, if I feel my safety, comfort, or boundaries are being compromised. In such circumstances, any deposit paid will be forfeited, and if the date has already begun, the full agreed fee will remain payable.

Privacy

· Client information will be collected, used, and retained only as reasonably necessary for bookings, service delivery, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes, and not for longer than necessary.

· No photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings may be made without my prior written consent. Any approved material must not be copied, shared, or published without further written permission.

· Any personal information disclosed to you in connection with my services must be treated as strictly confidential and must not be shared or used for any other purpose, except where required by law.
